1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide Bin Collections and Bin Washing services in suburbs around Auckland. Bin Management team will only empty the bins if they are at the fault, for example forget to take the bin to the kerbside on the collection days.

We need minimum of 48 hours notice to organise the Bin to be taken out to the kerbside. Bin washing services are separate and additional cost applies to it.

The price only applies to the max 4 bins per property.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and current information when registering or using our services. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these terms may result in termination of access.

4. Payment and Fees

All applicable fees must be paid in accordance with the pricing structure provided. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Bin Management reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions (including adding or removing any terms) at any time, provided that we will give you notice of such change by either posting the change on our website, sending you an email or letter, or including a statement on your invoice alerting you to the change.
